Never could I have imagined to come to such a foreign place, with individuals I have never met before, and feel so at home. My time here in Urbino has truly been life changing. Not only was I able to challenge myself academically during this four week program, but I was able to challenge myself personally by stepping so far outside of my comfort zone. The people I met through this program have left a mark that I will carry with me, and I am thankful for the opportunity to participate in this program. This quaint little place is the perfect location for this study abroad, and I think anyone could fall in love with this city in a matter of moments. I know I did the second we hauled our luggage down the cobblestone and into the dorms. I will forever be grateful for this city, the friends I’ve made, and the knowledge I gained in just four weeks. Participating in this study abroad program was the single best decision I ever made in college, and I will always hold a special place in my heart for Urbino, Italy.
